1. When will I receive my order?

It will need 3-5 working days to prepare your order for shipping and then 5-12 days for the shipping time if you select the super saving shipping mode. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-17 days. Your order can be received in 5-10 days if you select expedited shipping (shipping time reduced to 2-5 days).

2. Why have I only received part of my order?

The processing time for some items is different. In order to reduce your waiting time, based on the situation, we will send the available items first and then the remaining items. We do not charge you any extra shipping fees if your order arrives in several shipments.

3. Why does my order delivery information stop updating?

Since it is international shipping, some logistics companies fail to update the shipping information timely. You can try again in 4-5 days. Of course, we are always in contact with the logistics companies to make sure your order is on the way.

4. How do I cancel an order?

Our cancel policy will be different based on the situation. Details are as follows: - For orders cancelled within 24 hours of your payment, we offer a full refund.- For orders cancelled after 24 hours but less than 5 days of your payment, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.- For orders that have been shipped, we will NOT accept order cancellation requests. You will need to receive the order and then send it back to us for a full refund. The return shipping fees will be at your own costs.
